I make things like knitted scarves and beaded jewelry. What is a good/quick way to sell items like these?

Invest in a nice display suit case and share it with people you have a relationship with and they will start referring you. Then, someone will be a person of influence to get your stuff in a boutique.
I did it. I’m an artist. I made little face pins on commission. I started out by sharing my work as Xmas presents to those I care about, then offered my work at the local elementary school for fund raising and gave a generous portion to the PTA, which lead to my work to show for at studios where I was paid on commission through word of mouth and then it lead to being sold at a gift shop.
It was money I needed at the time because my children were toddlers and it was counter productive to work full time and pay for day care. So, it was just one of several ways I made money.
Kudos to you.

Your products are non-essential and visual, therefore they should be presented to impulse buyers. Swap meets, fairs and gatherings such as these present an excellent opportunity to present your products to hundreds and sometimes thousands of people who may be impulsively inclined to buy your products, they don’t need them, but they like them and will buy them if the price is right.
